(2) Training levels and methods
Strengthen the construction of disciplinary professional teams and cultivate academic echelons at different levels: ① Discipline leaders are required to constantly sum up their academic experience, communicate, help and guide disciplinary personnel, and actively participate in scientific research and academic exchanges。Every year, I go out to participate in academic conferences organized by national societies related to the construction of majors and key disciplines, grasp the new developments of the discipline at home and abroad, and hold special reports in the department and the hospital to promote academic exchanges, so as to further improve my academic level。② The reserve discipline leader shall be arranged by the hospital and the discipline according to the needs of business development to further study and training in other hospitals for more than half a year. In combination with the specific situation of the discipline, feasible business work plans or suggestions shall be put forward and implemented under the leadership of the discipline leader。Go out to participate in a professional academic conference organized by a national society related to professional, specialized disease and scientific research every year。③ Discipline members to self-study, participate in academic lectures, academic exchanges, study abroad and other forms, constantly improve the level of professional knowledge, encourage to write and publish academic papers, actively participate in scientific research and subject research, laboratory work, complete the discipline of the classroom and clinical teaching work。All the staff of the discipline meet the relevant requirements of continuing education every year。In the past five years, 8 people have been sent to study, 1 person has been sent to train a doctor, 2 people have been trained as a national veteran of traditional Chinese medicine academic experience, and they have participated in national and provincial academic exchanges for many times。It has accepted 56 students and more than 500 interns from inside and outside the province, expanding the popularity and influence of this discipline。
(3) Program construction
Continuous improvement of the discipline site construction, pay attention to the training of postgraduate tutors and the improvement of quality, has achieved initial results。The discipline has 1 postdoctoral supervisor,There are 11 tutors for postgraduate students,Responsible for the training of TCM master students in Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Since 2007, it has trained one national outstanding TCM clinical research and training personnel,79 graduate students have been trained,It has laid a good foundation for the further construction and development of good master program。

(1) Teaching research and reform
The discipline undertakes the teaching of TCM internal medicine, TCM gynecology and TCM traditional health and physical education for undergraduates and postgraduates in Yunnan College of TCM。In order to meet the requirements of teaching and discipline development, the discipline actively applies for the recruitment of undergraduate and postgraduate students of TCM preventive medicine, and promotes the discipline curriculum to professionalize。
(2) Construction of teaching materials
The discipline attaches great importance to textbook construction and teaching reform,In 2007, completed the Course of Physical Education and Health (Beijing Sport University Press),In 2008, he completed the Diagnosis, Treatment and Rehabilitation of TCM and Western Medicine for Common Diseases in Various Clinical Departments (World Book Publishing Company).,In 2009, he completed the textbook "Rheumatology of Traditional Chinese Medicine" (People's Medical Publishing House).,In 2010, he completed the compilation of five textbooks of the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" national planning textbooks for higher education, "TCM Diagnostic Skills Training" (China Traditional Chinese Medicine Publishing House) and "Practical TCM Clinical Preparation" (Yunnan Science and Technology Publishing House)。
(3) Teaching content, methods and means
According to their respective disciplines, the subjects teach internal medicine, gynecology and traditional health and physical education of Chinese medicine respectively。Students at all levels are taught at different levels, emphasizing basic education for undergraduates and heuristic and interdisciplinary education for postgraduates。In practice, interns pay attention to the training of basic skills, and students pay attention to the training of application ability。This kind of individualized and hierarchical teaching characteristics has achieved good teaching results。
